I run a little Montessori nursery in North London and the highlight of our week is our music class with one of Lucy’s friends, Harry Sparkles. The children are completely captivated for the entire session! Harry brings such enthusiasm and energy into the room and is so personable he is able to get the shyest of little beans to join in. Armed with his guitar, saxophone and clarinet, as well as a bag full of props, the children have learned so much. We have had to rotate the days that he comes so everyone can have a turn! My daughter had a great Paw Patrol themed party in Oct 2016. Lucy herself was the entertainer and she came dressed as Ryder from the cartoon, so the kids were so excited when they saw her. She managed to keep 30 kids (ages ranging from 3-5) entertained for almost 2 hours – all the parents got to sit down and relax, enjoying a drink and some food, whilst knowing that their children were completely happy. If you want a party where the parents can get to know each other, and the kids can be entertained with music and drama, then this is the entertainer for you. The ages of the children ranged from 3 years to 7 years and they were all transfixed for the whole time. Thea and her friend Emilia had a wonderful ‘Out at Sea’ fifth birthday party. We were amazed at how Anna Sparkles kept all 30 children fully involved and captivated for a full hour. We have been to entertainment parties before where it has been difficult to hear, but Anna’s voice carried easily. The party organisation and communication was all very friendly and professional. Ginny Sparkles customised a series of beautiful face paint options relevant to our event. The children were absolutely mesmerised by her sparkly fairy dress and she was just fantastic with them! Lucy Sparkles is a great professional. Her weekly sessions are very important to our families. The music sessions really support our children’s development and parent-child interaction. My son looks forward to his ukulele class every Wednesday. He was better than me after just two lessons! 🙂 He shows me how to hold and tune the ukulele by ear (no app required!) after each class. The teacher explains everything clearly in a way that children can easily understand. Since starting lessons, he can understand pulse, rhythm and pitch, and is more interested in music, singing and dancing. My husband and I were completely impressed with our experience hiring Lucy Sparkles. Not only did our daughter and her friends have an absolute blast, but my husband and I were able to relax while Lucy Sparkles completely took over.
