I just wanted to let you know that Ella entertained at Sam’s party on Sunday. She did a fabulous job; kept a dozen children of 2-6 years old happy and entertained. This is no small feat. There were 3 boys (including my older son) who had got over excited and bashy, and Ella managed to calm them down and get them involved. This is the second time I’ve seen her work her magic and simply can’t praise her highly enough. Without that 45mins of calm, the cake wouldn’t have been finished, the food would’ve been unheated, the parents not talked to. Lucy Sparkles & Friends’ Interactive Livestream Music classes have added colour to our daily lives! Our children love Callie Sparkles. She is very enthusiastic when she comes and the children are always excited to see her and what she might have in her special bag this week. She keeps things very varied for the children and every week has something new to introduce to them either by an active game or singing with the key board (in a very high pitch which I can not dream of reaching) or even combining the two and covering music and movement.
The toddlers really enjoy her time too I have never seen them sit so well or so close to anyone before, again I think it’s because she changes things up for them and introduces some variety.
The parents have given some really positive feedback about her too as the children go home with their ‘sparkles’ from her telling them all about her.

Out of all the baby classes we go to LS is my baby’s favourite. Sometimes he gets sensory overload in other classes and tends to shut down but LS is just right the amount of song, interaction and movement. I just wanted to write and say thank you to you and Lewis Sparkles for a great time at Lilly and Alfie’s birthday party this week. Lilly was really happy to see Lewis, it was a great surprise and when we asked her what the best bit of her birthday party was she immediately said singing with Lewis. One of the other parents delayed taking her son to pre-school so as he could finish the singing with Lewis as he was having so much fun and I had others crying when their mums said it was time to leave!!
Lewis was so good at involving all the children and how he remembered all their names I don’t know! Ben Sparkles has been with The Park Gardens Nursery for more than a year as a peripatetic singing teacher. He takes the sessions very seriously and is able to manage children of different ages in groups of twelve. He uses a variety of instruments, a parachute and lots of visual aids. Some of the songs are original and they are mixed with familiar ones. He has an excellent record of attendance and is always punctual.
Ben always shows care and commitment in all his work with the children and in turn they love having him here. As a grandad with many years’ experience of children’s parties and entertainers, I must say that Sarah was far and away the best I’ve ever seen. She has a beautiful singing voice, warm, engaging personality, and her enthusiasm was infectious – even to adults. She kept 10 children rapt for 45 minutes, which is a magnificent feat. Thanks so much for organising for Sarah Sparkles to come to Olivia’s party on Saturday. Sarah was so lovely and all the kids really enjoyed the entertainment. She had quite a tough job as they are all just turning 2 so their attention span is quite short, but she did an amazing job of keeping them all entertained. Lucy Sparkles’ lessons are always full of fun and they change week by week to keep the children engaged and interested. I run a little Montessori nursery in North London and the highlight of our week is our music class with one of Lucy’s friends, Harry Sparkles. The children are completely captivated for the entire session! Harry brings such enthusiasm and energy into the room and is so personable he is able to get the shyest of little beans to join in. Armed with his guitar, saxophone and clarinet, as well as a bag full of props, the children have learned so much. We have had to rotate the days that he comes so everyone can have a turn! Henry and his friends had such an amazing time largely down to the fantastic Harry Sparkles. He had them engaged the entire time and was so lovely with a wonderful manner. Lucy Sparkles is by far the best Baby/Toddler music and dance class there is as not only is it great fun it is also educational. Our daughter, Sophie has been coming to classes since she was crawling and now as a Toddler is even more enthusiastic and is very sad if she has to miss a week. 10 out of 10!
