Please note that all items marked with a “*” are required – we need this information in order to tailor the perfect event.  If you are not sure how many people will be attending, please just put the number of attendees invited.  Once you have submitted the form, we’ll aim to be in touch within 2-3 working days to confirm full details including payment Ts and Cs.  On occasions when we have very high demand it may take longer.  If you don’t hear from us soon, please check your junk mail.

We may obtain some sensitive personal data as a result of providing services to you, for example, if your child(ren) has(ve) allergies that you tell us about or other physical needs. We will treat all of this information in confidence and keep it secure. We may need to share it with our teachers and entertainers for the purpose of helping us to provide the services. Any images or videos obtained with consent may be used by any Lucy Sparkles & Friends business globally, including in Singapore, the UK, and Australia. These businesses may use photos and video footage of children for the purpose of making our media applications more accessible, inspiring, and motivating for our audience; to promote or advertise the aims of Lucy Sparkles & Friends; and to train and brief Lucy Sparkles & Friends staff members. The data may be used in our our printed publications, websites, adverts, audio-visual and electronic materials, media work, display materials, and any other media we may use in the future. Please note that we have a strict photograph policy and children’s names are not used alongside photographs.
