Accessibility and inclusion; is there anything we should be aware of to improve your child's access to and enjoyment of the class?

Minimum class size policy:

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes if we do not meet the minimum number of children required to run the class.
Parents will be notified by 5 pm the day before their class and given the option of class credit or a make up class.

Class cancellation policy:

There will be no refund or credit for missed classes (or tickets cancelled by customers in advance), and I understand that this is necessary for Lucy Sparkles & Friends (LS&F) to pay their teachers and sustain business.
In the event class is cancelled by LS&F due to unforeseen circumstances, credits will be issued in place of the cancelled class.

Make-up class policy:

Trial Classes: You may re-schedule your trial class once, on the condition that you let us know by email or text at least two hours before the start of the missed class.
Termly Classes: Up to two make-up classes per term (1 class per 5 weeks) are available for registered termly class holders only, subject to availability, on the condition that you let us know by email or text at least two hours before the start of the missed class.
Single-Flexi Tickets: No make-ups will be provide for this ticket.

Safety & wellness policy:

Parents must ensure that the accompanying adult and child are in good health when attending the class.
LS&F are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone. Equality, fairness and respect should be shown to everyone attending our classes as well as to our employees.

Photography/videography policy:

We do not allow any videos to be taken in class.
You may take photos of your own child only. This is to reduce distraction and for safeguarding. Please do not take photos with other children's faces in it.
From time to time we may take videos/pictures of our classes to use on social media. You will be informed if we want to use any pictures featuring your child's face.
Please do let the teacher know on the day or email [email protected] if you do not want your child to be photographed.
